• You must sign in using a valid Google account to access Synkriti.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share account access with others.

4. 4. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by Synkriti is created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all contexts.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You must review all content before use.
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, biased, or culturally insensitive results despite our best efforts.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute content generated through our platform.

5. 5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all inputs (prompts, text, images) you provide to the platform.
• For AI-generated outputs, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for any lawful purpose.
• Ananvix retains ownership of the Synkriti platform, its design, branding, underlying technology, and AI models.
• You may not claim that AI-generated content was created entirely by a human when disclosure is legally required.

6. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Synkriti to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Produce deepfakes or misleading content designed to deceive others.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or other technical restrictions.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other individuals through generated content.
• Impersonate other people or organizations using generated content.
• Generate spam or unsolicited commercial content at scale.

7. 7. Usage Limits

• Synkriti provides daily usage quotas for content generation. These limits may change at our discretion.
• Exceeding or attempting to circumvent usage limits may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

8. 8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Synkriti.
• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or to address technical issues.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time.

9. 9. Limitation of Liability

• Synkriti is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Ananvix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

10. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ananvix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Synkriti, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. 11. Termination

• You may stop using Synkriti at any time by signing out and requesting account deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. 12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Synkriti shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. 13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Synkriti after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
